On phone itself with Mr. Gajanand Hegde we fixed up to purchase depending upon the very clear talk; hassle free procedure as described by him.We visited the site which is about 12kms. from ITPL. |

WE paid some advance & booked the plot. Mr. Hegde fixed appointment with the Registrar of Hoskote; we went at a fixed time & all went OK. |

Initially we were under a deep tension about the land related documents but Mr. Hegde was very clear about all the legal matters. |

I would like to share my experience of buying a plot from your company, Vani Properties. |

At first when I came to know about Vani Properties, I had lots of queries with regard to the service and the genuineness of the company. Before approaching Vani Properties, I had visited a few properties through other real estate companies, but I was not satisfied with those. |

One more important thing is real estate is considered to be ruled by men. My hubby works abroad and could not come down for a visit or any kind of formalities with regard to the property. I was a little scared to deal with the property as I did not have much experience in this field. Mr. Gajanana Hegde was a genuine person and he really took care of our comfort and convenience.
